Victorious VMXDN Foxhill trio to respresent Team England at Farleigh Castle Vets MX

Prepare for an exciting weekend of old-school motocross as Team England gears up to take the line at the historic Farleigh Castle circuit in Somerset on September 14 and 15 for Farleigh Castle Vets MX 2024! Nestled alongside the serene river, this historic venue has been the backdrop for countless legendary races over the years, and this event promises to be no exception.

Over the years, we have seen more than our fair share of legendary riders around Farleigh Castle, David Thorpe, Rob Andrews, John Banks, Neil Hudson, to name but a few. This year, some of our more recent ‘vets’ riders are coming together to represent Team England. Fresh off the back of the VMXdN Foxhill win and the announcement that Tommy Searle has been picked to represent Team GB at MXoN, this trio is coming in all guns blazing.

Tommy Searle is first on the team and has a recent love affair with the good old two-stroke. Searle is a three-time MX2 vice-champion and four-time British MX champion. A true icon in the motocross world, Tommy Searle is known for stepping up to the challenge on the track and regularly updates us on his MX life via his YouTube Channel. Searle brings a wealth of experience and talent to the Team. Fans can expect nothing less than a thrilling performance from him at Farleigh Castle.

Joining Searle is regular national teammate and British Bulldog, Brad Anderson. Anderson is a seasoned racer who is no less determined now than in the youth ranks and has been a keen player in the motocross scene for years. Anderson has an impressive track record that includes numerous victories and plenty of podiums. He will be bang up for it when the gate drops.

Elliot Banks-Brown takes third spot on the team and comes from a rich motocross family heritage spanning three generations. Banks-Browne made his mark at just 15 with his first British schoolboy championship title, the first of many British titles. If you have ever seen this guy ride a 500cc two-stroke you will see that he was born twenty years too late. He will be up amongst it for sure.

Cheer on Team England as they line up at Farleigh Castle Vets MX on September 14th and 15th.
