Tristan Purdon to ride MXON for South Africa

SC Sporthomes Husqvarna rider Tristan Purdon has been picked to represent Team South Africa at this year’s Motocross of Nations, which will take place in the UK at Matterley Basin from October 4th to 6th.

Purdon has had a strong season in the UK so far. He is currently sitting in seventh position in the MX1 class of the Dirt Store British Motocross Championship after finishing third on the podium at Canada Heights. He has also been hovering just outside the top twenty in the last two rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship in America.

He is joined by Monster Energy Camden Mc Lellan, who is the team’s MX2 pick, while Cameron Durow is their MXGP pick, with Purdon their open class selection. The team manager is Cheryl Mc Lellan
