As the countdown to VMXdN Foxhill continues, with just four months to go, excitement is building, and there has been a flurry of rider announcements in the past few weeks. Among those gearing up for the legendary motocross race over the August bank holiday weekend is Tommy Searle, who returns in 2025 to defend his coveted number one plate.

After taking the overall win in 2024 and being part of the winning team in 2023 and 2024, the former Grand Prix and AMA Supercross National race winner is already in full swing with his preparations for this iconic showdown at the Wiltshire Grand Prix circuit, a venue renowned for hosting some of the most epic motocross races of the 90s, and the YouTube Vlogger is taking us along for the journey.
Alongside regular vintage two-stroke bike builder DocWob, Searle is creating videos on his ever-popular YouTube channel as he prepares for the 2025 event. The pair are well on the way to getting the first test bike ready. Tommy will put some time in to get his set up on point with his regular mechanic, Jon Giffard. He has backing from his Dirt Store team, sponsors, and Monster Energy and is already super excited about the event.
“The VMXdN Foxhill is the season highlight for me,” Tommy says. He is a fan of the race and has been at every one since its inception in 2022. Searle has raced and won races, helping get team Great Britain to the top step of the podium, much to the delight of the spectators. “The fans are so enthusiastic for the British team, and the overall vibe of the event is off the charts; I wouldn’t miss it because where can you race in front of that many people cheering and blowing air horns? It’s awesome”.
