Tom in tip top form! WOR Enduro Wulfsport Winter Enduro Series Finale – Race Report & Results

DUST IN FEBRUARY…Can you believe it..? Well there was and that was what Tom Knight on his 450 Kawasaki left for his opposition at WOR Enduro Sports last round of their Winter WULFSPORT Enduro series at the always fun, challenging and enjoyable Coney Green.

Report by WOR Events – Images courtesy of Doc Ward Photography

The likeable young Manxman from the stable of the world’s best Enduro riders was on fire but he certainly was kept true and honest for a good portion of the 2.5hr battle by the ever-improving 16-year-old sensation, Henry Life…only some fatigue slowed down the youngster with 40 mins to go.

It was a a great event as always expected from the WOR team with a decent lap and clockwork organisation.

Other big winners where Young Sam Boyd, whom looks so tall now on his Beta as he easily took the Clubman class with another fine ride. Sam has shone all series.

Tim Forman put in an evergreen performance to win the Expert Vets by a country mile and a brilliant 3rd overall.

Flyin Ryan Griffiths deserves a mention in the Clubman with a Runner Up and his best race to date as he was showing his new found smoothness and speed…

Infact all of the riders did well to tackle and finish the demanding WORCs terrain…podium or not…

Same goes and even more so for the earlier race that had the Juniors out for 1.5hrs on the near 5 mile lap.

Jack Brooks on his GG 85sw was unstoppable and led from start to finish as he blasted home.

Alfie Dawson was top step podium in class as was Riley Patterson and Owen Rushton in their small but competitive and respective classes.

The smaller wheeled bikes get an even bigger pat on back for their efforts over the demanding and unforgiving terrain.

Rounding out then it was another brilliant race from WOR that rounded out a brilliant little winter series from the team and all the riders…

A massive thanks once again goes out to the land owners, medics, caterers, trade guy Steve, and of course the Riders and Racers that make the weekends and meetings what they are.

It all kicks off again very soon now for WOR ENDURO SPORT as the Spring is in the air warm up and rds 1 and 2 of this years 23 WESS series starts with WOR back at a long list of their sport leading venues …
