In MX1 reigning Champ Jack Beniston made a great start to the 2023 series at the Fatcat opener back in March but he has some stiff competition from the likes of Seb Berthiaume, Andy Wilson, Will Hughes, Ed Briscoe, James Hutchinson, George Sim Mutch and Corey Hockey to contend with.

Mitchell Meadows and Jake Winnard shared the moto wins in MX2 at round one with Zac Stealey, Logan Wilcox and Jordan Hearn set to be in the mix too.

The Open 2 Stroke class saw Josh Spinks rule the roost last time out but James Dent, Ryan Mclean, Rory Jones and Drew Rowe will all have something to say about the whereabouts of the title and will look to be on top at Duns.

The 125 2 stroke class is stacked with young gun Ryan Waggott triumphing at round 1 over Damon Styrdom with Harry Linton also getting in on the act with a moto win. Former champ Troy Willerton was a solid fourth at Fatcat but will have his eyes on the number spot in Duns.

2022 Champ Grace Richards maxed out in the Ladies class at Fatcat, but Nadiya Jones, Grace Packman and Rebecca Newham will be clean to reel her in this weekend.

It was business as usual in the Vets Over 40 for Ryan Voase who won every race he contested in 2022 and did the same at the 2023 opener at Fatcat. 2022 champ Lee Martin, and Danny Tollet will both be looking to up their game in Duns and topple the Over 40 maestro.

Simon Bonser was in tip top form at Fatcat in the Vets Over 50, and will be keen to keep his run going but he will have to fend off the likes of Richard Miller, Ady Bradley and Sean Smith to do so.

Young gun Riley Voase is a chip off the old block and matched his dad, Ryan’s win at Fatcat with the same in the Junior Open class. Dan Nevitt and Stefan Robson though will be on the charge looking to triumph this weekend.
