The WTRA run Drovers Enduro took place at the Halfway forest near Llandovery on Sunday. The event was the third round of the ET James backed Welsh Enduro Championship, which saw Alex Walton take a fantastic win.

Again, with a capacity entry, the action began at 10 a.m. with the championship riders leaving the start line with five laps ahead of them, as did the Expert class. The Clubman, Under 19’s, and Ladies classes would have four laps, as did the Vets O/v 40 and 50’s classes.
The sportsman class riders would have three laps ahead of them. Whilst the going would mainly be forest tracks and a small section on the tank track on the edge of the Epynt Military ranges the special test would be a mixture of grassy fields and woodland to keep the riders on their toes.
