The Price is right! Mini Ravines Extreme Enduro – Rundown & Results

Dirtbike Action hosted the Mini Ravines Extreme Enduro on Sunday which was also round 4 of the 2023 ACU British Extreme Enduro Championship at Helmsley.

The championship class riders had a close battle for the win with 4 riders swapping places; Burts Crayston, Jack Price Dan Peace and Richard Moorhouse.

Peace was leading for the early half of the race but it was hard to keep up with the action, and in the end victory went to Price with Moorhouse second, Peace third, Burts Crayston 4th and Charlie frost 5th.

The Expert class was won by mr Stella Artois. also known as Dave Wood who claimed he might have won by a bigger margin but couldn’t afford the extra fuel !!! 2nd was Brodie Heyes and Jason Balmer 3rd.

In the Clubman Alfie Roll it Royal won from Ben Tennant and Danny Calkin.

The Over 40 class was won by Richard Hawes ahead of John Lumley in 2nd and Paul Westgarth in 3rd, while in the
Over 50 class Darren Heyes put in another great performance to take the win and make it a helmo double after winning the Extreme Ravines in May, Lee Cornish got 2nd and Nick Barrow nabbed 3rd.

Sportsman Anthony Turner clocked up 4 laps to claim the win from Kyle Kowalski in 2nd with Dan Kay in 3rd.

Ryan Liddle won the youth class from Conner Ray who had a disaster at the start when his chain broke a link.

All in all although the entry numbers were disappointing the event was a great round for the championship. Thanks to all that supported the event.
