The Nora CRS Development Team sign up Stephen Sword as riding coach!

NORA CRS are very excited to announce that Motocross Legend Stephen Sword will be on board for 2024 as our MX Riding Coach!

New for 2024, the NORA CRS Development Team will be introducing MX Training Days for all team riders. This will include the 2024 NORA CRS Development Team Launch in February and a 3-Day Summer Camp in the Summer Holidays!

We are excited to announce that Multiple British Champion Stephen Sword will be joining us for 2024 as the official NORA CRS Development Team MX Riding Coach.

Stephen has a great deal of knowledge from years at the very top with many British Championships under his belt and we are certain that he will be a great addition to team and help the NORA CRS Development Team riders try to reach similar heights!

NORA CRS Development Team Co-Creator, Roy Barton has this to say on the addition of Stephen Sword….

“I was pleased to have a conversation with Stephen Sword recently where he agreed to become the official coach of the NORA CRS Development Team. Our focus is mainly on off track development, but we will be doing some race coaching throughout 2024, having someone with the knowledge of Stephen available to talk to and answer rider’s questions will be invaluable”

Before Stephen retired from full time racing in 2013, he was a MX Grand Prix winner along with 8 British Championship and represented Team Great Britian 3 times in the Motocross of Nations. He has since been dedicated to coaching the MX Pro’s of the future.

Here’s what Stephen has to say…

I am very much looking forward to working and passing everything I have learned over the years to the NORA CRS development team riders. Youth and amateur riding was such a key part to my own riding career, I recognise the importance in this for our sport to grow. Fun times ahead and great things happen here!”

We are excited for the opportunity to have Stephen working with the NORA CRS Development Team in 2024 and hopefully beyond.
