The promoters for the most anticipated event on the 2023 MX calendar – VMXdN at the mighty Foxhill Grand Prix circuit in Wiltshire, are proud to announce that Tyler Bowers, aka “The Bear”, will be racing at the event held over the four days of the August bank weekend (24th – 28th).
Tyler is a hugely accomplished racer in the States, full of grit, passion and determination. Having ridden for the legendary Pro Circuit factory squad in his time, he has won SX and AX races and was a regular on the podium. The beauty of “The Bear” is he has always been a bit of a bruiser, so he is the perfect fit to be racing on a DocWob-built 1994 KX 500. Bowers’ natural riding style suits the open-bore two-stroke. Jon Giffard will be on the spanners, and Bowers is super excited to launch the big girl into the valley at Foxhill.
Doc Wob was instrumental in Bowers personal KX500 build, nicknamed “the Unit”. It’s an epic bike which saw its maiden voyage at the red bull straight rhythm a few years ago.
