Here’s what the team had to say:

SR75 Suzuki are beyond stoked to announce our 2024 rider line up. We are absolutely thrilled to re-sign Thomas Ramette, welcoming the most successful racer in the team’s history back into the SR75 Suzuki crew! We are also hugely excited to announce Jake Shipton as a new addition to the team and are looking forward to an awesome season together.

The SR75 Suzuki team are planning to compete at top-level Supercross events globally as we have done in the past, including Arenacross UK, AMA Supercross, SX TOUR, Paris SX, European Supercross, as well as various UK and international MX races.

For 2024, we renew one of our most successful partnerships to date as three-time AX Champion, Thomas Ramette, returns to the team as he looks to push for more victories and titles in the peak of his professional racing career.

Ramette will ride alongside the team’s new signing and AX-SX rookie Jake Shipton onboard our powerful and agile Suzuki RM-Z 450 machines, at prestigious events around the globe with as much emphasis put on enjoying the ride and making memories, as there are results which ultimately creates a winning situation no matter what the outcome.

Team Owner, Geoff Walker:

“I am absolutely buzzing to have Thomas sign with the team and we are looking forward to having a tonne of fun and working hard with TR, Jake and everyone involved in the SR75 Suzuki crew. As our most successful racer it is great to have that instant ease of working and of course Thomas is an incredible professional athlete, blindingly fast on a dirt bike and a friend so the feeling is great.

Jake is a great addition to the team and these guys will compliment each other as the year develops as Jake has been having fun and putting the work in to learn a completely new aspect of racing in Supercross and Arenacross. Both these guys are great to have around and they will compliment our philosophy within the team to work for results alongside working with our ‘every level’ attitude to our team and all RM Army riders.

As always a massive thanks to Suzuki and all our team partners who make this possible. We cannot wait to get started….”

Thomas Ramette #6:

“Really happy to be back with SR75 Suzuki, I had the most successful period of my career with SR75 and on the Suzuki RM-Z, I’m really excited for this new challenge and I cannot wait to get to the races with the guys”

Jake Shipton #731:

“I am so happy to be a part of the team and I really am working hard to learn and progress as quickly as possible in this new challenge. I am loving the RM-Z and the bike is making everything more fun in what is a completely new dimension in the sport for me. I have learnt a lot from the team and my trainer Cyrille in a very short period of time with the Supercross riding and how different the bike is. It is awesome.”

The SR75 Suzuki team are the most winning team in the AXUK Championship’s history, with four Pro Rider and four Pro Team Championship wins, plus many more race victories. So we’re excited that our first official outing of many global races in 2024 will be in the Arenacross Championship that criss-crosses the nation, thrilling fans as it visits five major cities for seven nights of high-octane action.
