As many will know we have been competing at the forefront of the AMCA Championships since 2017 with a great deal of success and a number of championship victories during this time that we are very proud of. Sadly with the vast decline of riders on the start line at these events we have taken the tough decision to say goodbye to the AMCA paddock and move on to new challenges.

Jamie Wainwright was a major player in MX2 last year, finishing 5th in the 2023 ACU British Championship, and 3rd in the Fastest 40 series.

We had Jamie riding for us back in 2019 when he became the first rider to work their way through from AMCA Inter Juniors all the way to an AMCA adult champion. In 2020 Jamie made a successful defence of his MX2 title and then decided to move up to the ACU series. The past couple of years have had many ups and downs for Jamie but he has shown immense speed on occasions resulting in 5th overall in the MX2 PRO ACU British series and 3rd in the MX Nationals. We know Jamie has so much more to offer and is hungry for more success in the British Pro ranks.

As a team we have had a very loyal support base from some of the biggest names in the industry and we are delighted to acknowledge that the vast majority of them are very much behind the team for this coming season. Jamie himself has had a long association with a number of personal sponsors namely Tim Sabine/Sabine Bros Engineering, Rikki Owen, Redline Motorcycles and of course the family business WPH Wainwrights Plant and Haulage, with which Apex Redline KTM are happy to be joining forces.

We really can’t wait to see what this season brings for Jamie Wainwright and the Apex Redline KTM racing team.
