Team GB stay in sight of podium at ISDE day Four – Team GB Report

Day 4 of the 2023 ISDE in Argentina for Team GB is over and done with meaning that two out of the three loops are complete, with a new one today. Thank you to Saintswell MX & Enduro Centre for sponsoring Day 4!

Report and by ACU British ISDE Team – Tilde Tighe and Saintswell MX and Enduro Centre

Day 4 saw the same loop and set of special tests as Day 3, meaning that the riders had some advantage in knowing what to expect. Everyone improved on their times from yesterday!

The Men’s Trophy Team have just slipped down into third place overall after France managed to pull 50 seconds on them today, putting them 10 seconds ahead in second place. The team had a better day than Day 3, so they’re looking to continue that momentum into tomorrow and continue making small improvements

Nieve Holmes had her best day yet, finishing 6th overall in the Women’s World Trophy class! Despite having a very tough day, after plenty of encouragement from the support team, she pushed through and everyone is so proud of her for achieving her best result yet- what a trooper!

Harry Edmondson and Max Ingham placed 11th and 13th in the Junior World Trophy Class after some great tests. They are both doing incredibly well, placing 35th and 38th overall respectively amongst many of the World Trophy competitors, and they are feeling very thankful for two cooler days!

Everyone is looking forward to the final day of enduro today with some new tests!
