Team Brenron to line up in VMXDN Foxhill Wright Engineering race

The excitement is revving up for the highly anticipated VMXdN Foxhill 2024 motocross event on the August bank holiday weekend (August 22nd -25th). The prestigious vintage motocross event will showcase the best of two-stroke racing from legends past and present at the iconic Foxhill GP circuit.

One of the teams lining up is Team Brenron. Renowned for their passion for motocross, they are preparing to compete in the exciting Wright Engineering Team Race. The Wright Engineering Team Race showcases the crème de la crème of National talent battling it out on 21+ year-old two-strokes for that all-important podium spot.

Taking the first spot on the team is Aaron Patstone, who will be sporting the number 16 on his MOTO-RENEW/Tamworth Yamaha YZ250. Patstone’s motocross career highlights include being the 2014 BSMA small wheel champion, the 2021 Bridgestone Masters Amateur MX1 Champion, 3rd place in the 2023 VMXDN Evo, and 6th place as a member of the 2023 VMXDN Wright Engineering team race.

Next up is Luke Burton, the 6x British AMCA Champion, who will be riding his Geartec racing Honda CR250 with the number 17 on the plate. Burton, a Two-time IMBA European champion and former superclass Champion, was also part of the team in 2023.

George Clark takes the final spot on Team Brenron. Clark will carry the number 18 plate on his Chambers Racing Honda CR250. Clark finished 2nd in Pro-Lites Arenacross 2016 Championship and boasts various Dutch Arenacross wins. He was also the first pro rider to ride for the Cabscreens Yamaha team, scoring British Championship points in MX2. In 2021, he placed 2nd in the Bridgestone Master’s Amateur MX1 Championship.

The VMXdN Foxhill 2024 event is a thrilling celebration of vintage two-stroke machines and epic motocross racing, bringing together riders, teams, and fans worldwide.

The fun starts long before the gate drops on the racing action with plenty of time for walking the track, catching one of the live podcast shows, bagging yourself some merch, and the incredible Show’N’Shine bike show sponsored by The Range.

Deemed by Racer X Magazine as “The Woodstock of 2 strokes. ”

Grab your tickets now before it’s too late! Rumour has it that the event will be sold out before the gates open on Thursday, August 22nd, at noon.
