Stebbings Car Superstore Celebrates 10th Year of Sponsorship at Lyng Motocross Venue

2022 is shaping up to be a fantastic season for motocross at the iconic Cadders Hill track at Lyng in Norfolk, with the news that Stebbings Car Superstore has signed up as the venue’s primary sponsor for a tenth consecutive year.

The King’s Lynn based company have been a long time sponsor of motocross, working with the Norwich Viking Motorcycle Club to maintain the Norfolk venue as one of the best, and most demanding tracks in the UK. They have also provided backing to a host of British riders from grass roots through to world championship front runners.

Managing Director of Stebbings, Anthony Skerry, is looking forward to another action packed year, “I have always enjoyed working with the Norwich Viking Motorcycle Club who work so hard to put on first class events at Cadders Hill. This year will be special as we celebrate a decade of involvement with one of the most traditional, and one of my favourite circuits in Great Britain. This, together with our sponsorship of British MX2 Champion Conrad Mewse on the Stebbings Car Superstore KTM UK, powered by Bikesure, in both domestic and world title campaigns, puts us right at the front of this highly competitive and demanding sport.”

It will be a busy schedule at Lyng this year with two rounds of the Stebbings Car Superstore and PP Sports Insurance ACU Eastern Motocross Championship; a round of the Michelin MX Nationals powered by Milwaukee; and a round of the flagship Revo British Motocross Championship fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels headlines on May 8th. Director of the Norwich Vikings, Andrew Hay said, “it’s great news that Stebbings have agreed to continue their sponsorship of motocross at Lyng, and it has been a pleasure to work with Anthony over the ten years as he supports and pushes us to continually put on some of the best events in the British calendar.”
