Spain officially welcomes NOCO FIM ISDE 6DAYS® with opening ceremony

Silleda in Galicia, Spain was alive with excitement as nations from around the world gathered to celebrate the opening ceremony of the NOCO FIM ISDE 6DAYS®.

With over five-hundred-and-forty competitors from over thirty nations now ready for the ninety-eighth edition of the FIM International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE) to begin on Monday, 14 October, it was time to enjoy festivities with the traditional opening ceremony.

In the heart of the paddock, competitors, support crew, family and friends took to the stage to usher in this year’s event in style.

Embracing his home NOCO FIM 6DAYS®, Spain’s Josep Garcia (KTM) received rapturous applause along with his fellow World Trophy team members in Galicia.

“It’s very special to be here at the opening ceremony,” told FIM EnduroGP World Champion, Garcia. “The atmosphere tonight is incredible. You can see that everybody is excited to begin racing.

“It’s the first home 6DAYS® for me since Navarra in 2016. We just spent one week walking the special tests and familiarising ourselves with everything. It will be tough and challenging, but that’s the 6DAYS®!”

With all machines now through technical control and assembled in the NOCO Parc Fermé in Silleda, the stage is set for the ninety-eighth edition of the NOCO FIM 6DAYS® to begin.

Stay tuned to FIM-MOTO.TV for daily NOCO 6DAYS® Live Streaming and the 6DAYS® MOTUL Studio Show.
