Shining bright at Wheeldon! Revvi South West All Stars Electric Balance Bike Cup – Race Report & Results

A superb entry rolled into the Wheeldon Off-Road Centre on the 25th & 26th February 2023, for the Revvi South West All Stars Electric Balance Bike event.

The atmosphere at the event was fantastic with families and friends cheering on all of the little ones who all gave their all on the excellent indoor circuit.

Racing took place over two days with four races on Saturday and three on Sunday with medals for everyone and awards for the top three in each class on each day. The rider with the most points in each class over the two days became the Revvi All Star.

In the Revvi 12″ 3 years of age class Harvey Nicol was super fast all weekend long winning all of his races for double glory and in doing so became his classes All Star. Rhys Bennison rode well for second on Saturday with Tommy White making it onto the podium in third. Theo Vaughan was fourth on Saturday, George Breeze was fifth, Rio Dodd sixth, George Fenwick seventh and Cohen Rogers was eighth.

On Sunday George Breeze would step it up a notch to finish a splendid second behind the flying Harvey Nicol. Tommy White made it onto the box for the second day in a row in third, Theo Vaughan was fourth, Cohen Rogers fifth and George Joyce was sixth.

Onwards to the Revvi 12″ 4-5 year old class and what a stacked class it was. Stanley Scott won all but one race taking the title on both days and the All Star trophy with it. The busy Nicky Layt had a great day finishing second ahead of the speedy Louie Bryant who was third. Blake Martin Benson ended the day with a good fourth, Aronas Giedraitis was fifth, Beau Smith-Densley sixth, Evan Cooper seventh, Ethan Tompkinson was eighth, and Theo Ross was ninth.

On Sunday behind Stanley Nicky and Louie swapped places with Louie second and Nicky third. Blake Martin Benson was fourth again, Ethan Tompkinson was fifth, Beau Smith-Densley sixth, Evan Cooper was seventh, and Theo Ross eighth.

Theo Nials was on fire in the Revvi 16″ Open 3-4 years of age category winning six out of seven races for victory on both days and the All Star Trophy.
