Portsmouth Motocross Club

Portsmouth Motocross Club, formerly known as Portsmouth Schoolboy Scramble was established in 1973, and has been one, if not the biggest club’s in the South.Portsmouth Motocross Club

The Club annually boasts on average 400 members, with a variety of riding groups catering for all ages.
Automatics for 6 year olds up to a range of adult classes, catering for ages from 15 year olds to 60+, with the versatility of having Open classes to ensure everyone can ride, no matter the size of the engine.

The Club is managed by a small Committee who are dedicated to running on average 24 race meetings throughout the year, with riders able to compete in two championships, both Winter and Summer seasons being covered.

With the added benefit of a No Marshalling policy, riders can just come along and ride without the worry of providing a marshal.

The Club’s motto when it was first established was “The Friendly Club” and this is maintained up until the present day, the Club always happy to see new members, always on hand to help and always a friendly atmosphere at the race meetings!
