Nora Pro Championship – Entries open, dates amended to avoid clash with VMXdN Foxhill

In a statement from the promoters of the new Nora Pro Championship, it has been confirmed that the date of its 5th round has been delayed in order to avoid the clash with the VMXdN Foxhill weekend.

Here is the statement as sent to us at Dirt Hub:

“Unfortunately, we have had to reschedule a round of the Nora Pro Championship on August 25th that clashed with the VMXDN at Foxhills. Due to the number of riders racing the championship who would like to participate in VMXDN, we didn’t want to put them in a position to make a choice, especially when valuable championship points are on the line. With the weather now being more forgiving later in the year and most championships finishing early, we have made our last round on October 20th.

“Over the past two weeks since the announcement of £98,700 in prize money, we have been working hard to get everything in place for entries to go online. We can now confirm that entries are live and can be accessed here: https://nora92.com/product/nora92-pro-mx-reg-24/.

“Over the next week, there will be several major announcements for the championship, from riders and team participation to onboard partners. Social channels and our new website will be available this week as we build up to one of the most exciting Championships in 2024.”

The August 25th date was initially set to be held in Europe, with the finale originally on the 8th of September to be held in the UK. Whether or not the re-scheduling will change this is unknown as of yet.

We await further details and announcements!
