Monster Energy Triumph Racing riders compete in Thor for 2024

Monster Energy Triumph Racing riders Mikkel Haarup and Camden McLellan will race the 2024 FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship in style and comfort thanks to an exciting agreement with leading apparel brand, Thor.

Already wearing the Thor Prime gearset for testing and pre-season races ahead of the 2024 MX2 World Championship season, Haarup and McLellan have enjoyed every lap riding in the American brand’s premium line of motocross clothing. Offering unrestrictive movement thanks to the pre-curved design and stretch panels found on the jersey and pants, the Prime gear’s fit and function allows Mikkel and Camden to fully focus on their riding. In addition, both riders will compete wearing Thor’s low-profile and highly protective Sentinel Pro body armour.

Thor was founded in 1968 by four-time FIM 250cc Motocross World Champion, Torsten Hallman, in San Diego, California. Since finding early success, Thor has grown rapidly and has maintained its position as one of the leading offroad apparel companies in the world thanks to its continued innovation and helped by countless world titles in both MXGP and AMA competition. This exciting new partnership with the Triumph team is thanks to Parts Europe, the largest distributor in the powersport industry for the European territory and the exclusive distributor of Thor MX.

The Monster Energy Triumph Racing duo have showcased their striking Thor riding gear in the recent team-shooting, which perfectly matches Triumph’s bike livery for its forthcoming inaugural MX2 season that begins on March 10 in Argentina

Nicole Brewer – General Manager, ThorMX:

“It has been history-in-the-making to witness the evolution of Triumph’s MXGP racing program over these recent years, and Thor is proud to support this endeavour for their first gate drop and beyond. We are excited to see where this dynamic collaboration takes our brand, and all those who are inspired because of it.”

Xavier Williart, Parts Europe Sales Manager:

“Parts Europe is proud to support the brand-new Monster Energy Triumph Racing team for 2024. Mikkel Haarup and Camden Maclellan are two young talents, and we are eager to see them perform at their very best on board the new TF 250-X. For 2024, they’ll be kitted out with Thor’s Prime gearset and Sentinel Pro armour as combined it offers everything that professional racers need – comfort, safety, and, above all, style.”

Ian Kimber, Head of Off-Road Programmes, Triumph Motorcycles:

“Partnering with Thor was an easy decision to make because not only does their apparel look great, but it allows our riders to perform at their best while competing. Both Mikkel and Camden have been wearing Thor gear since the first day they began riding their Triumph machines, and they’ve only had great things to say about their clothing. Knowing that our riders compete with maximum comfort when racing simply means that they can focus on delivering their best results in 2024.”
