Arenacross and Supercross specialist Joe Clayton has announced he is heading to the USA after Christmas to train for his first stint in AMA Supercross where he will be racing the East Coast 250 Championship.

Clayton joins another UK racer Dylan Woodcock, and the Revo Seven Kawaski team in travelling to the states to take part in one of the worlds biggest offroad championships.

On his social media, Joe said

“Super excited to bring you all my BIG news??

“Just after Christmas, I will be heading to America to train for the @supercrosslive AMA Supercross where I will race the East Coast 250 Lites class?

“I am so excited to be doing this as it’s been a dream of mine for many years. I will be doing this as a privateer with help from my amazing sponsors and also some new ones.
Doing this myself as a privateer isn’t going to be easy or cheap so if you or your company would be interested in supporting this and getting on board with my 2022 season please feel free to send me a message.

“I will keep updating you all with everything that is going on from now so keep your eyes out for everything to come!”
