Bike It Kawasaki’s talented youngster Billy Askew’s 2024 season is not going to plan after he revealed on his Instagram that he has suffered a broken thumb after crashing in free practice while on EMX250 duty in Germany on Saturday.
Billy said in the post:
“This is not the post I was hoping to make,
“So for everyone asking, Saturday in free practice I made a silly mistake and fell down funny resulting in breaking my thumb, I had operation this morning in Belgium and all sorted now just need to rest it up train hard in the gym and come back stronger and hungrier 💪🏻
Thank you to everyone helping me out we will get there.”
