FUS Marsh Husqvarna launch 2024 Arenacross team

FUS Marsh Husqvarna have launched their team officially for the 2024 British Arenacross Championship.

Harri Kullas joins Elliott Banks-Browne and Jake Preston to take on the Searle-Mewse-Brunell trio who dominated the 2023 season.

Team Manager Michael Keenan is upbeat about the series: “We will be looking at getting onto the podium this time around. We are up against proper factory teams, we are a little fish in a very big pond!”

Jack Brunell did race for the team at the Arenacross Festival at Bolesworth in September, but he has got another ride sorted: “It was hard to leave FUS as Mike is a great guy who did everything he could and more. I’ll announce my plans in December but I am preparing for Arenacross already.”

Harri was keen to take on the Arenacross Tour last year but issues with new machinery coming through prevented him from doing so.  After a stellar 2023 with great performances in both MXGP and AMA Nationals, Harri is obviously keen to get racing underway on the Husqvarna.  Here’s a first glimpse of him indoors in a test for the team:

Both Harri and Jake competed in the Tampere Supercross in Finland, with Harri taking the win, and Preston qualifying for the Main Event on both evenings. FUS Marsh Husqvarna’s short statement went like so:

“We are proud to announce our 2024 Arenacross team.
A huge thank you to all of our partners for making this happen – your support is appreciated!”

For sure the combination of EBB’s natural talent and Harri’s starting prowess are both gonna cause the opposition some headaches come January! Can’t wait!
