Flux Performance presents the Flux Primo in action and the technology that makes it work.

Battery Pack:
At the heart of the Flux Primo is a 450V 7kWh battery pack that sets new standards in energy density and performance. To control the heat, each cell has a direct thermal connection to the case. All of the 432 cells are connected with an ultrasonically welded wire that acts as an individual fuse, and are controlled by Flux’s own advanced battery management system. It’s possible to extract the battery from the right side of the bike and replace it with a fully charged one.
Motor:
The water-cooled electric motor delivers instant torque and more power than gas bikes. But what sets the Primo apart is its digital control system. With personalized power and throttle response, this bike is easy to ride for experts and beginners alike.
Tech:
The vehicle control unit takes in data from sensors like g-forces, lean angles and wheel speeds to help develop algorithms that improve rider safety and performance. With a software-defined approach, it’s possible to control every aspect of the bike with code, opening up a new world of possibilities.
Virtual clutch / regen brake:
What makes the Primo extra special is its digital lever. Functioning as a virtual clutch, it mimics the function of a standard clutch to help you in those critical moments. It also doubles as an electronic regeneration brake that charges the battery without using brake pads. With digital control, riders can customize them to behave however they like.
Marko Ukota, CEO: “We want a future where we ride more and enjoy true freedom, shaping it with the help of riders. We’re committed to having an honest transparent relationship and claims we can stand by. Because at the end of the day, we’re not just building a bike, we’re building a community of innovators who are changing the status quo. The Primo is our starting point, this is just the beginning.”
The Primo is FluxMoto’s development platform, used to test the drivetrain technology, gather ride data and user feedback. Armed with these data points, they plan to unveil the final production motorcycle in Q4 of 2024 and start deliveries in Q4 of 2025. Three models will be available:
-Motocross
-Enduro (road legal)
-Supermoto (road legal)
