British-born Supercross star Dylan Walsh has returned to the green machines for 2024, with the new Host Grindstone Kawasaki team announcing his signing for the 250cc West Coast AMA Supercross season.

The Grindstone Compound, run by the Schehr family, did work with Dylan in 2023 before his leg injury and subsequent split with the UK-based Revo team. The announcement just talks about AMA Supercross so its uncertain if he will be competing in AMA National Motocross or even World Supercross at the close of the American indoor season. It does mean we might not see Dylan back in the UK next year, but in the crazy world of Motocross you can never say never!
In a short statement on social media, the team released a short video and several pics of the man in action, now wearing his allocated AMA number #88:
“Host Grindstone Kawasaki is thrilled to announce rider @walsh_53 to race @supercrosslive Monster Energy Supercross West coast season for the team. @grindstonecompound @cari_schehr is looking forward to a solid season of racing!”
