Steve: Yes quite a few, I have to put my left knee brace on first.

Dirt Hub: What drives you most to get up in the morning and go training?

Steve: That this job won’t last forever and I need to make the most of the opportunity I have been given.

Steve: BMX racing or MTB racing.

Steve: Heights for sure, can’t stand them!

Dirt Hub: Who is your biggest sporting idol and why?

Steve: Mike Brown. I grew up watching him ride and was very inspired by him. Even ran the number 100 during some of my schoolboy MX days.

Dirt Hub: Where do you see yourself in five years time?

Steve: Healthy and If all goes well retired! haha just kidding, I’ve got a few more years left in me so hopefully still racing professionally in EGP or another discipline.

Steve: Tough one, I’ve got a few! Fury, Pearl harbour, snatch.

Dirt Hub: Who has had the biggest impact on your career?

Steve: It’s very hard to say, I’ve been fortunate enough to have had and still have a massive amount of support in my corner. Firstly my parents, Daryl Bolter, Steve Plain, Rob Sartin, Jonty Edmunds, John Lampkin and the list goes on.

Dirt Hub: What is your philosophy on life?

Steve: Enjoy it, we only get one shot! Also, don’t sweat the small stuff!
