Dirt Hub: Do you have a Pre-Race Playlist you listen too, and if so name a couple of tracks that are on it?
Charlie: Don’t really have a pre-race playlist, but me and my mechanic Sam do lie the Fleetwood Mac album Rumours on the way to meetings.
DH: When was the last time you cried?
Charlie: Don’t remember the last time I cried
DH: What is your favourite inspirational quote?
Charlie: “Fail to Prepare Prepare to fail”
DH: Do you have any weird suspicions or pre-race rituals?
Charlie: No not really Sam does the fuel for me and we both “whoop” as he pushes me out.
DH: If you didn’t race what sport would you play or take part in?
Charlie: Football. I love playing football
DH: What is your biggest Phobia?
Charlie: Nothing I’m really scared of to be fair
DH: Who is your biggest sporting idol and why?
Charlie: Always loved watching Kelvin Tatum, and Valentino Rossi
DH: Where do you see yourself in five years time?
Charlie: Hopefully be still riding in 5 years and hopefully will be a lot better too.
DH: What is your all-time favourite movie?
Charlie: I love films but Scarface, Goodfellas, Wolf of Wall Street are all up there
DH: Who has the biggest impact on your career?
Charlie: I wouldn’t call it much of a career but Mick Potter gave me my first chance to ride a Grasstrack bike.
DH: What is your philosophy on life?
Charlie: You get out of life what you put in
