Dirt Store Racing team and Kawasaki to part ways for 2025

The Dirt Store Racing Team and Kawasaki UK will be parting ways heading into the 2025 season.

2024 marked a new partnership between Dirt Store and Kawasaki UK, alongside the signing of riders Tommy Searle, Mel Pocock, Joel Rizzi, and Jamie Carpenter.

It has certainly been a year to be proud of for the Dirt Store squad!

With support from Kawasaki UK, the team achieved 21 podium finishes including 8 overall wins across Arenacross UK, Fastest 40, and ACU British Motocross Championship events. MX2 riders Tommy Searle and Joel Rizzi finished first and second in the Fastest 40 standings also narrowly missing out on the British MX2 title, finishing second and fourth.

Jon Giffard – Team Manager: “It has been a really good season for us with Kawasaki, with so many podiums and race wins along the way. I’d like to express my thanks to them for the support this year and wish them luck with their plans for 2025. For us it’s a new direction which I’m excited to get started and improve as a team to the next level in 2025.”

Echoing the words from Jon, the team are very grateful to Kawasaki UK, in conjunction with all the other sponsors and partners who together have been paramount for this season’s success.

Looking ahead to 2025, Team Dirt Store are eager to take on new challenges, continue building on sponsor relationships and share exciting updates on upcoming plans.
