After signing up Elliott Banks-Browne, Jack Brunell, and Jake Preston for Arenacross, the team have decided not to defend the AMCA Championship earned by James Dodd this year, deciding to commit instead to the Acerbis Amateur Nationals and Bridgestone British Masters series.

Here is the statement from the team’s social media channels:

“It is with a heavy heart that the FUS Marsh Geartec Husqvarna team have to announce that they will not be competing at AMCA events during 2024. FUS have instead committed to both the Acerbis Amateur Nationals and Bridgestone Masters full series whilst attending selected rounds of the MX Nationals Fastest 40.

The team have cited their reasons for breaking away from the AMCA due to the uncertainty of entry numbers and with it the lack of potential competition. They have also been concerned and frustrated by the recent, unpredictable direction and organisation of the Association!

With their intended racing programme for 2024 now clear, FUS will also be making a big announcement soon of their new team line-up so keep watching this space!”
