The 2024 British Motocross Championship Round at Foxhill has been cancelled!

The 2024 British Motocross Championship Round at Foxhill has been cancelled!

Sad news just came in that this weekend’s Dirt Store ACU British Motocross Championship Round at Foxhill has been cancelled due to the lack of entries. The full statement from RHL Activities is below but it marks a sad time for the sport.

“It is with great disappointment and frustration, the organiser, Langrish Club, in agreement with promoter RHL Activities, announces the Foxhill event scheduled for 14th July 2024, will not go ahead.

“The season has been positive overall for the British Championship. The timing of this event has proven challenging due to numerous rider injuries and mid-season blues, with MX1 and MX2 receiving less than 50% of the Registered gate.

“Despite extensive efforts from all involved to ensure full gates, the anticipated participation has not materialised. We appreciate the commitment of those who have entered, but running the event with half-filled gates would not provide the desirable experience for spectators or competitors alike.”
