As part of the PR relating to Kawasaki UK’s support of the 2025 Motul ACU British Motocross Championship, the manufacturer also revealed that Dixon Racing Team Kawasaki will be the official Kawasaki entry for the series, with Taylor Hammal riding the KX450 in the MX1 class and Bobby Bruce riding the all-new KX250 in the MX2 class.
Kawasaki UK will also be supporting Swedish rider Freddie Bartlett, who will be making his British Championship MX2 debut with the SevenSeven2 Ride Kawasaki team.

Hammal, who has been racing in the Arenacross Tour until a crash in Belfast ended his series, rode the majority of the British Championship last year in the MX2 class, finishing up 10th in the standings but in the Fastest 40 and the final MXGB rounds he moved up to a 450 where he looked more comfortable, finishing fourth overall at the penultimate MXGB round at Schoolhouse.

Taylor is no stranger to the DRT set-up, having ridden for the team in 2021 and 2022, although his time there with the team was hampered by injury.
It’s been quiet on the Bobby Bruce front after signing with DRT Kawasaki at the start of 2024. Injury truncated his season, which he ended on a 450, getting on the podium of the fourth round of the British at Hawkstone in the MX1 class.
He will be a surefire contender for the MX2 title in 2025.

Bartlett, who has been racing in Sweden and in some EMX125 rounds, made his debut for the SevenSeven2 Ride Kawasaki team at the weekend in the Hawkstone International, where he had 17th & 18th places for 20th overall.
The Motul ACU British MX Championship commences on the 30th March at Hawkstone Park.
