Fast sophomore British Championship racer Joe Brookes has been signed by the team that has won the last two British MX2 Motocross titles, 426 Motorsports. The 18-year-old was 19th in the 2023 series, his rookie season, with a best of 8th overall at School House in July.

After winning our second consecutive ACU British MX2 Championship in 2023, 426 Motorsport looks forward to the season ahead with a change of direction for 2024 .
We are thrilled to welcome Joe Brookes to the 426 Motorsport Team.
After a promising 2023 rookie season, we have decided to invest in a talented, upcoming rider for 2024 who has the potential to advance to the top flight of EMX250 racing.
18 year-old Joe’s winter preparations alongside Conrad Mewse are well underway, with the team heading out to Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain, in preparation for the year ahead.
A full season of EMX250, Dirt Store British Championshhip in MX2, and the Fastest 40 MX2 Championship awaits Joe and will ensure an exciting year for the 426 Motorsport Team.
