The main man himself Billy Bolt took the time out of his manically hectic schedule and rocked up to ride. Having had a massive crash, he managed to get the lead back off the increasing impressive William Hoare, who didn’t give up easily! Mitch Brightmore was chuffed to bits rounding out the big boys podium!
In the Experts, Ashton Brightmore was the victor while in the Clubman Bert Boam was the only rider to complete two laps of the ultra-long course.
Toby Shaw fended off Charlie Crossland in the Youth race, at the other end of the spectrum Darren Heyes won out in the Vets.
In the Sportsman, Ged Littewood triumphed over Liam Mcshane and Josh Knight with Aaron Pepper on top in the Novice. Rosie Rowett took the honours in the Ladies.
The next Event for Edge Offroad is the Might Edgeberg on Sunday 26th June which is also Round 3 of the new ACU Hard Enduro Championship which takes place at the Kilburn White Horse venue, YO61 4AL.
The plan is to have a Mini Youth EDGEBERG on the Sunday morning, running on IOPD licences.
