The championship which is a collaboration between Paul Edmondson’s Fast Eddy Racing and Sonya Jarvis’s Edge Offroad saw the series commence with the Eddy’s Xtreme which proved to be an entertaining concept for the spectators who braved the cold, and who were treated to seeing some of the World’s best Hard and conventional Enduro riders doing battle over two one hour races.
Crowd favourite and SuperEnduro World Champion Billy Bolt put in a masterclass to win both motos, ahead of Jamie McCanney and Harry Edmondson in the first one and McCanney and Jack Edmondson in the second one. There we strong performances also from the Brightmore Brothers, Mitch and Ashton, and Burtz Crayston which bodes well for the future.
Multi World Enduro Champ Brad Freeman had a day to forget suffering with a DNF in the first moto before having a big crash in the second after a coming together with another rider.
Charlie Crossland was on a mission in the Youth race taking victories in both moto’s.
The next round of the championship is being hosted by Edge Offroad on the 26th February atLeighton Hall, near Carnforth.
