Ramon will team up with Filip Van Dyck on the Evo machines, whilst Farleigh regular Wim Couwberghs will be joined by Laurent Lacasse on Twin shocks to make a formidable Team, who won the Evo class in 2019.
With the rules for the Vets MXdN Farleigh Castle event requiring all machine to be pre 1996, Team USA are bringing in big guns, Tim Ferry and Broc Tickle, backed up by Keith Johnston & Cody Williams on Twin shock machines, which mixes experience and energy to lift the top prize.
Ferry, from Palm Beach, Florida was the top open Class rider in the 2007 Motocross of Nations event at Budds Creek in the winning USA trio which then included Ryan Villapoto and Ricky Carmichael.
Right on the minimum age limit for the event, at the age of thirty two, Tickle will bring a fresh zest to the team. Hailing from North Carolina, Tickle made the podium in one of the AMA Pro events as recently as 2000 and has an impressive record in the US Nationals.
Keith Johnston, who won a moto at the recent Foxhill event and Cody Williams will be the team Twin shock riders on very special HVA factory Husqvarnas.
The Brits will need your support to grasp the winners medals from such strong competition.
The British riders confirmed for the event, Brad Anderson, Mervyn Anstie, Ryan Voase, Phil Mercer are also joined by the inclusion of Jamie Skuse into the British Team squad for the first time to match the experience, youth and speed of foreign visitors.
Irish visitors should also note the first appearance of Natalie Kane in the Northern Ireland B Team whilst last year’s winners are again headed by Neville Bradshaw.
The organisers of the Vets MXdN Farleigh Castle have put in a stringent traffic management plan to ensure fans have a good experience when the event takes place next weekend (10th & 11th)
