ACU British Cross Country Championship Round 2 – Cancelled

ACU British Cross Country Championship Round 2 - Cancelled

Round 2 of the ACU British Cross Country Championship, which was set to take place this weekend, has been cancelled due to “Higher Importance Military Training” taking part at the Driffield venue where the event was due to take place.

Promoters Edge Offroad announced the cancelation on their Social Media saying:

“DUE TO HIGHER IMPORTANCE MILITARY TRAINING THE EVENTS THIS WEEKEND AT DRIFFIELD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED!

“If you had entered, you will have already received a text re your entry.

“This event will NOT be rescheduled as a new date will not work for everyone.

“The final round of the British Cross Country Championship on 11th August will now be double points.

“Nobody is as gutted as what we are; we had a really healthy entry for both days so gutted is an understatement!”
