Situated on the west coast and overlooking the famous Kilmartin Glen, Achnashelloch’s hillside circuit sees the most picturesque backdrop of any race track in the country.

South African Tristan Purdon comes into round three with the points lead in MX1 championship after a dominant performance in the deep sand of Tain and second at Round 2 in Clayshant.

The big news at round two was not just the return of 2023 Champion John Adamson (who finished third on the day,) but the return from injury of Conrad Mewse who ended up winning the round. Both riders missed round one, but are set to compete in the remaining rounds.

With Tristan Purdon also missing one round later this season due to a clash with the AMA Nationals, the door has been thrown wide open to at least 10 different riders.

Englishmen Brad Todd and Carlton Husband, Irishmen Martin Barr and Jason Meara and the hometown Scottish favourites of Ben Edwards, Billy Mackenzie, Tony Craig and former seven time champ Ross Rutherford, all have a realistic chance to get their hands on the Donald Sinclair Trophy now.

Charlie Heyman is the strong favourite for the MX2 title having dominated Tain and Clayshant with five out of six wins. Bailey Johnston and Ryan Thomson sits behind him fighting for second.

Paddock opens at 5pm on Friday the 11th. Youths and 2 strokes race on Saturday with Pros and Amateurs on Sunday.

A wide range of catering is available in site to the general public on both days.

Entry bands are £10 on the gate and are valid for both days. Children under 12 are free.
