65cc class heads to Scotland for the Dirt Store British Motocross Championship

The collaborations are continuing in British Motocross, with RHL Activities announcing that the next round of the 2024 Dirt Store ACU British Youth Motocross Championship for the 65cc class will be running alongside the Drumclog round of the Scottish Motocross Championship on the 7th and 8th of September instead of the 3rd and 4th of August, which was the original planned date.

Once again, it’s great to see two organisers working together for the good of our sport, and it can only bode well for the future.

The Full PR from RHL about this collaboration is below:

“We are excited to announce the 65cc British Championship class will continue its exciting journey with a stop in Drumclog, Scotland with the prestigious Scottish Motocross Championship on the 7th and 8th September instead of the 3rd & 4th August as previously planned.

“In an exciting collaboration with the SACU and the Scottish Motocross Championship, one of the most anticipated National Championships the 65cc riders will have the opportunity to race alongside renowned Dirt Store British Championship competitors such as Conrad Mewse, Carlton Husband, and Billy Mackenzie in a national Championship setting.

Gareth Hockey, Director of RHL Activities, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are delighted to bring the 65cc class to Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for our young riders to compete on a grand stage and gain invaluable experience. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the SMC team for their incredible support and accommodation.”

We invite all motocross enthusiasts to join us in Scotland for this landmark event and support the rising stars of the 65cc class!
