2025 MXGP of Portugal – Entry Lists

2025 MXGP of Portugal - Entry Lists

The 7th round of the 2025 FIM Motocross World Championship crosses the Portuguese border once again for the MXGP of Portugal in Agueda where the title chases in the MXGP, MX2, EMX250 and EMX125 classes resume.

In MXGP, Ben Watson will be looking to build on his great 7th place in his last moto in Switzerland, and he is joined by Chambers Racing’s Adam Sterry, and Lexa MX’s Josh Gilbert and John Adamson in repping the UK.

MX2 is a barren wasteland still when it comes to the Brits, but we more than make up for it in EMX250, where Billy Askew on his Dirt Store Racing Triumph leads the charge and is edging closer to a podium. It’s been a bad year so far for Bobby Bruce and DRT Kawasaki with the young rider suffering from an illness, but hopefully he will be fit enough to push for points again this weekend. Talking of points, Ollie Colmer has been in amongst them at each round and will be looking to break into the top ten as he continues to show good speed in this stacked class. Jake Davies and James Barker are also in the fifty-strong lineup.

Cole McCullough has had some phenomenal races so far in the EMX125 class this year and will look to back it up with another podium in Portugal. No other riders from the UK will be making the trip this time around.
