Team GB are looking fast and in a good position to defend their Coupe de l’avenir title after some great qualifying race results today.
Billy Askew won the Open race and was backed up by Raife Broadley in 7th and Jamie Keith in 9th.
In the 85cc class Hayden Statt and Robbie Daly finished a fantastic 3rd and 4th, although Finley Pickering suffered DNF while being in fifth position at the mid way point of the race.
British 65cc Champion Cohen Jagielski took the chequers in the 65cc race with his team mate Jett Gardiner following him home in second, with John Slade in sixth.
